Question : I don't have alot of body hair but my leg hair on the outside of my lower leg is completely gone. Is there anything I can do to stimulate hair growth on my legs?

I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
I would first like to rule out thyroid abnormalities. If that comes fine you may try application of minoxidil 5% solution, twice daily.
