Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
I have gone through your query and looked at the videos. I have consulted few cosmetologist over phone and discussed about your condition.
If there is no under lying pathology then there are few option of treatments like Butox,
collagen fillers
Glutathione therapy
PRP Which on long treatment process makes your skin looks better.
But it is very difficult to judge and decide what treatment will work for you. With out physically examining the skin.
I suggest you to consult the dermatologist or cosmetologist and evaluate the cause and discuss about treatment options i have mentioned,
Take care.

Could more-than-lighting make the difference?
Shaving and more hair, or washed and fuller-looking hair?
In this video:

The video is theatrical, don't let it scare you, please.
Even today can I still have a look that looks like I did 4 years ago? When I looked 25 to 27?

Brief Answer:
Fuller hair will look young
Detailed Answer:
I went through the videos. Yes the full hair would make you look young. But if you are very bothered about your skin changes and age changes, I suggest you to consult the Cosmetologist and dermatologist, who will help you with more treatment ideas.
Take care.

Can I look late-20's again. Will using the Face FX HOME-fractional co 2 laser light give me cancer in the long run?
Will I have to use more and more treatments of it the longer I consistently use it?
Can I get "permanent" youth-results from a certified cosmetic surgeon dermatologist?
Thanks, and sry for the cursing.

Brief Answer:
Combined therapy.
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your videos,
Every ones skin looks better in dim light. In more bright light every ones skin shows up all the wrinkles they have. yes you can get laser therapy. But always a combination therapy like micro needling and other procedures will give better results.
Side effects differs from person to person's skin type.
Looking like late 20 cannot be assured.
Getting the permanent young looking skin cannot be assured by any doctor.
Take care.
