Brief Answer:
Continue peroxide at home! Likely caused by pedicure!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this infected toe. I have reviewed the image completely and pedicure seems to be the most likely cause. For now, there is no sign of pus draining from the leg. Hydrogen peroxide would do at home. However, if any liquid starts draining out of the leg, then there is need for antibiotics and you all need to be seen by a doctor at that point. If in pain, Tylenol can help. For now, avoid tight fitting and closed shoes.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
