Suggest Treatment For Infections In The Lungs

Question: my father has lung cancer stage 4, he has infections in his lung, Dr has give him antibiotic Pybactam aftar having this antibiotic his condition getting worst , he doesnot want to eat as before , tired, no energy, can we stop the antibiotic treatment .

Hello

Lung infection is a known phenomenon in progressive lung cancer.

This is a powerful antibiotics and known to suppress appetite. Stopping this would not health his lung infection.

Instead feed him liquid diet with intermittent solid diet and take antibiotic for at least a week so that his infection comes down.

Stopping it may not be good option.

can he drink bee pollens XXXXXXX fiber as he has difficulty to pass motion. or can you suggest any supplement for him to increase his energy and appetite thanks

He can drink any home made energy drink like lemonade with additional electrolytes.

For constipation give him more water to drink as well as liquid diet.

He can drink bee pollens XXXXXXX fibre. No problem
