Suggest Treatment For Infertility While Having PCOS

Question: Hi, I am 28 yrs old and am detected with PCOS. My gynaecologist gave me smartova tabs from 3rd day to day 7th but U/S show no development of follicle on day 11th. Then she gave me FSH injections for 3 days.. my ovaries responded to that and follicle start developing. 2 days ago I got HCG injection and today got ovulation. From today, my doc prescribed duphaston and Ecosprin tab twice daily for 15 days along with Folic acid tabs and have asked to get Beta HCG test on 16th day from today. I want to know why duphaston and ecosprin have been prescribed and how will these help me in conceiving n what are my chances of getting pregnant in this first cycle??
