Suggest Treatment For Inflamed Skin Around The Penile Shaft Post Masturbation

Foreskin issues, therapeutic circumcision is best.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Penis foreskin injuries and inflammations are very common sequelae with masturbation. These happen because there is plenty of rich sebaceous secretions supplied by glands there. Masturbation leads to clogging of those pores which lead to such bumps and blisters. Self resolution is the mainstay. Good hygiene, avoidance of masturbation, not popping poking or picking is advised. Ideally one should have therapeutic circumcision as that reduces the odds of recurrent inflammation and discomforts. Go to your urologist, let them decide what is best for you. I am sure they will agree on therapeutic circumcision as the best course of action.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Supportive care and hygiene measures
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
With circumcision done, its a good thing . Now you just need good coital habits and abstinence from masturbation. Good hygiene, wearing loose undergarments preferably cotton , keep genitals area hair free, and apply topical antifungals and low strength hydrocortisone creams over it and see if it helps. The blisters and bumps are still the same fordyce spots and management is still the same. Dont pop poke or pick them and let them self resolve and avoid masturbation.
I hope it helps.
