Question: Things in my eyelashes black thing small things growing from my side my hair falling out and there always a white/sliver thing at the end of the hair sometimes small and sometimes long inmy nose hair eyebrows pubic area/always itchy ggetting spots that won't go

i pulled a hair from my wrist and same thing a small white thing on de end of the hair my ears are itchy in ear canels/ hair falling out even when i rub my finger through my hair i said my pubic area aswell as my scrotom and bum /i thought i was demodex but it might be something eles can u tell me how i can send picture if i can thankyou
