Suggest Treatment For Inner Thigh Area Infection

Question: I have a pustule,or I can say a rounded projection at my inner thigh area for 4-5days now,i didn't mind at first and it starts to became smaller,but today when I see it again ,it became bigger and the color is darker,when I press on it it's a bit pain,i wanna know what that is,and how am I going to treat it?

Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your case and picture.
It seems clear that you have called furuncle, which is a bacterial infection affecting hair follicle.
I would suggest you 5 day course of oral antibiotic like Cefadroxil 500mg twice a day.
Apply antibiotic cream like Mupirocin twice a day for 1 week.
Take oral analgesics if required for pain.
Avoid pricking or scratching of lesions.
