Microbid contains nitrofurantoin which also causes dizziness
In my opinion.like you should change either Microbid with other antibiotics like norfloxacin or reduce the doses of alfuzocin

If it persists even after discontinuation of both the drugs then you need to see a ENT surgeon for physical examination and further course of action.
