Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Fever And Frequent Urination

Question: Hi ,
My mother is getting fever(100 C) after 8 to 10 hours gap since Monday. she is feeling uncomfortable while urination.After taking paracip 500 fever goes .
If we don't give paracip 500 fever repeats around 100 or 99 c in morning .

Note : for the last one month due to traveling the outside food intake was more and some hectic schedule .
Please guide

I have read your query regarding your mother's fever.

If fever is coming since Monday means she has it since last almost 1 week.Also,You are giving her only symptomatic medications means just paracetamol 500 whenever there is fever.

But before discussing it further,let me know some more information.

Does she have any other symptoms apart from fever?
Is there burning sensations or pain during/after urination?
Is there abdominal pain or vomiting?
Any blood or urine tests done recently?
Any other medicine apart from paracetamol and BP tablets?

Kindly get back to me with this answers,I will give my opinion after that.
