Question: Hi,can ocd alter memories to fit your current fear?

so why am I getting memories where I no I was anxiously thinking about something between 2003/2008 and my current state of mind is telling me it was because I was thinking about the a murder I committed!! even though I have no memory of a atuall event

I have ocd,seen doctors etc,my mental health was suffering between 2003/2008 something started it off before 2003
