Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation And Difficulty In Conceiving

Polycystic ovarian disease needs to be excluded
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the mentioned details. Unfortunately it does not pinpoint towards your problem. Normally around the 14th day of each cycle one ovarian follicle ruptures to release an ovum which may or may not subsequently get fertilized. If you are talking about follicular rupture and ovulation, could you please be more specific about the reason you think that happened. Was it diagnosed by folliculometry or is it by the basal temperature method?
On a very casual note it can be asked to repeat the test after a week but the irregularities of the cycle may occur with various reasons and the cause of the irregularity needs to be evaluated. It is only after that the pregnancy tests would be useful.
Issues like polycystic ovarian disease could make you miss periods or have irregular periods without being pregnant. In such a case, taking pregnancy tests would not really be helpful.
