Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While On Deviry
Question: Hi.. I am 28th. from the begging my periods have been irregular. I had my last periods on 20th Feb with help of deviry only. Recently I had spotting for one week but it did not bleed normally n it stopped should I take deviry 10mg to get my periods again.? How many days should I take the tab? Will I get the periods immediately of starting a tablet or will it take time? Plzz help

You will see the withdrawal bleeding 3-7 days after completion of the course. You may need to use the medication for 3-5 days.
I would suggest a complete evaluation including blood counts, urinalysis, complete hormone profile, trans-vaginal sonogram, serum DHEAS levels, insulin levels evaluation and thyroid profile. Management of a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet are essential in maintaining a proper hormone balance.
