Hi XXXXXXX
Do not worry.
I would suggest you to take oral contraceptive pills containing ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel to regularise your periods.
Your doctor will advise you on the dosage.

I did not have unprotected sex and used Durex. Last intercourse was on 14th February 2015 and my periods date was 28th feb. Its has been 14 days since I got my periods. I have done oregnancy test 3-4 times using a home kit but each time it has come negative. I took meprate for 3 days but periods not started yet. I am stressed as this usually does not happen. Sometimes my periods are irregular but not always. Last three to four months have been regular. I am overweight too. I am scared of visiting doctors as well :(.

Hello XXXXXXX . Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern.

If the pregnancy kit has been showing negative, no need to worry. You have not conceived.
Usually withdrawal bleeding is seen 3-7 days after completion of hormone treatment that is Meprate that you have taken ; sometimes, it may take even up to ten days. Do not worry so much.

Don't be afraid of doctors. You should seek expert help if you do not see your period even after ten days.

Try to stay fit. To reduce your weight have a balanced diet with loads of vegetables and fruits. Keep away from oily food. Have regular physical exercise for 30 minutes.
