Brief Answer:
Irregular or Missed periods

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before deciding the management and treatment plan do let me know about following:

1. Is/Are periods regularly irregular (RIR) or Irregularly Iregular (IRIR)?

2. Since IR period is an indication of hormone imbalance and your medical history shows thyroid was detected in 2007, which means hormone problem is there, so are you taking thyroxine for the same or not?

3. Was any gynecological opinion/ examination (for pelvic inflammatory disease) /investigation ( ultrasonography for uterine fibroid-polyp, polycystic ovarian disease) excluded?

4. Any change in weight, i.e. weight gain or weight loss?

5. Any Lifestyle component:
. Mental stress?
. Under Nutrition?
. undergoing any tight exercise schedule?
. Use of birth control pills?

6. Do revert back with your clarifications.
