Brief Answer:
Kindly elaborate the question
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I have gone through the question. Thanks for appreciating the advices given on health care magic. I completely understand your concerns but the symptoms currently your daughter is facing are not clear in your query. Also the urine report mentioned is probable 1 year old and not useful to suggest required treatment.
For a definite treatment I would need the present symptoms and any associated signs that your daughter has. Also the duration and frequency of symptoms will help in advising you.
Waiting for your detailed response.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Both reports are fine and do not suggest any significant infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The urine report is fine. Only thing is mild proteinuria along with calcium oxalate crystals. It suggests that the child was not well hydrated during sampling. Since calcium Oxalates are the most common renal stones in children, she should take plenty of fluids throughout day and prevent dehydration.
Stool report is normal and doesn't need any specific antibiotic therapy. Yeasts can be a normal finding if the child is not immunodeficiency I.e suffering from any severe illness.
So, if your daughter is suffering from same symptoms as in 2014, I would recommend you to,
1. Keep her well hydrated by regular feeds and oral fluids like soups, lemonade, buttermilk etc.
2. Give her a dose of Albendazole to treat any worm infestation.
3. Start her on probiotics.
Hopefully this will help her. For any further questions, I would be happy to help.

But why she is having frequent watery stool
Brief Answer:
It can be due to viral or bacterial infection, IBS or parasitic infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi
IBS is a chronic condition which is associated with intermittent constipation, diarrhoea or alternating diarrhoea and constipation. The child usually has feeling of incomplete evacuation and mucus may be present in half the cases. I am telling you this because the symptoms of your daughter and there duration is not clear in your question. If your daughter was symptomless since last November, the diagnosis of IBS is unlikely.
So, I would appreciate if you provide me complete details which includes her symptoms and there duration and frequency over a period of time so that I could tell you a definite treatment.
Also, reports are useful only if we get a complete course of illness history with it.
As for now, you may give your daughter Imodium or loperamide for loose stools with ORS.
