Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Noted the history about your friend having shoulder pain, itches and rashes as you have explained.
The shoulder could have been due to sprain or ligament problems.
Please ask your friend to take an anti-inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen if it suits and see the results.
About the itches and rashes:
The commonest cause is allergy to something which can be identified on close observation.
Avoiding the causative factor is important.
Ask your friend to take an antihistamine like benedryl or cetirizine for symptomatic relief.
Another reason you notified is about any body contact. If anyone in close contact also has similar rashes and itches then the cause is usually
Scabies or so.
For confirmation and proper prescription based treatment, it would be better to consult a Doctor.
I hope this answers your query.
Please feel free to give any additional information, post clear and focussed photographs and ask for further relevant queries.
