Do the lesions itching?and is the itching more at night?Do you also have itching elsewhere like on scrotum?abdomen?
I can see crusted/ excoriated/ scratched nodular lesions on the glans and shaft of penis. Looking at this Image I would keep a possibility of Scabies. They certainly do't look like genital warts.
I would suggest Tab. Ivermectin 12 mg single dose. In addition you may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily for 10 days, for itch relief.
