Continue Mycoderm

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You surely have developed jock itch or fungal infection .
Avoid application of any steroid cream over the area .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
You can continue application of (Mycoderm) clotrimazole cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Apply the medicine regularly for atleast two weeks .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further infection .

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection leads to pain itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes you are right .
Excessive dryness in the area along with itching or scratching leads to small wounds or cuts in the skin which tend to be painful .
Regular application of the antifungal medicine will help you .
In addition ,you can take some oral painkillers like ibuprofen or paracetamol along for immediate relief .

Brief Answer:
Need dermatologist intervention

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to be having atrophic skin scars of previous acne and chicken pox lesions.
Topical drugs will not be of much help in your case.
Chemical peels, dermabrasion or lasers might help in your case.
I would advise you to see your nearby dermatologist for proper assessment and discuss regarding these treatment options.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it at least thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly.
This will prevent further darkening of the scars.
