Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
Before recommending about the medicines I need to ask you few questions:
Are you having rash along with the itching?
Apart from forearm are you having itching anywhere else?
Does the itching increase on exposure to sun?
Are you having any other ailments or taking any medicines.
If possible upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Moreover you are asking about creams for regular use on face and body or for some specific indication?
Kindly revert with the answers and pictures.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Hello Doctor,
Are you having rash along with the itching? If I scratch , the itching is more. Otherwise I dont notice it in general. Its just that the surface is rough and sometime itches. Its there from many years lets say 5 years or so.
Apart from forearm are you having itching anywhere else? No
Does the itching increase on exposure to sun?Not Sure, but dont think so.
Are you having any other ailments or taking any medicines. No
If possible upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly. It is just little darkening and roughness not visible if one see it normally only on close view it may be visible.
Moreover you are asking about creams for regular use on face and body or for some specific indication? For regular a to day use.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Venussia XXXXXXX lotion and elovera cream

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints itching can be due to dryness of the skin.
You can use a good moisturising lotion like venussia XXXXXXX lotion on the entire body twice daily and if the itching still persists you can apply topical steroids like fluticasone cream on the affected forearm for a short duration like 7-10 days.
Also use some mild soap like moisturex syndet bar or nusoft soap for bathing.
On your face you can use venussia cream or elovera cream on a regular basis.
