Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation On The Leg And Arms

Please be informed that m
y wife is having severe itching problem in leg and in arms . for the last 2weeks. the screenshots is also attached for your reference.

kindly suggest some medicine for her use to reduce the itching.

i am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). i have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image.

She may use dipgenta cream twice daily for 2 weeks and take a tablet of teczine 10mg once daily in evening for 10 days.

Thanks for the reply but just wanted to say that she's getting these small blisters and while itching they crack n bleed a little ..then the scar is left n itching still continues. it has spread to her hands also..she's is worried about the scars too...she was using the swimming pool since last 2 months..is it for the chlorine water? should she quit going to the pool. please advice.

The rash seems like an eczematous dermatitis. Chlorine could be a cause. She may discontinue swimming for a while.
She may use the cream and tablet as advised and follow it up at 2weeks
