Brief Answer:
Do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The symptoms are suggestive for pinworm infestation along with dysmenorrhea ( menstruation associated pain and discomfort). You may give her a dose of Albendazole (400mg) tonight and repeat the same after 15 days for relief from anal itching. Tab. Mefenamic acid will help in dysmenorrhea. Ensure plenty of water and fibre intake to relieve Constipation if present.
Hopefully it will be of help.
