Suggest Treatment For Itchy Black Spots On The Body
Question: what are the symptoms and observation of my gonads for little black spots that wont rub off and at times itch, is this the dreaded crab infestation.

After having gone through the history given I am of the opinion that you seem to have developed moles. They often appear as small, dark brown spots and are caused by clusters of pigmented cells.
Most moles are harmless.
Crabs (Pubic Lice) is characterized by itching which is worse at night and burning of the pubic area. The itching may spread as the pubic lice move to other moist areas of the body such as the groin or armpit.
When the itching is intense for long periods, the skin can be broken which can lead to a secondary bacterial infection.
