Brief Answer:
start oral and topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
It looks like a furuncle or in simpler words bacterial infection of hair follicle.
Now to treat the same, I usually prescribe
Oral antibiotic like amoxycillin clavulinic acid 625 mg thrice in a day.
Tablet ibuprofen 400 mg twice in a day
Warm water compresses followed by mupirocin cream application twice in a day.
Do not squeeze or touch the lesion. Please get the medicines prescribed by your doctor accordingly.

Hopefully in five days it will resolve.
Hope this helped.
