Question: I have iching bumps that look like bug bites on my legs. They seem to be worse in warm weather. They are mostly on my thighs and ankles.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and they seem to be insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
