Brief Answer:
Acute urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Probably you have developed urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with mild topical steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
Take an antihistamine tablet daily for a week.
Probably you have allergy to any food product or any thing to which you are coming in contact with.
Please try to find out.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Would alcohol do it? I have Beef burgers once a week, could it be those?

Thanks. They seem constant at the moment, maybe another patch developing but nothing to show yet. It's only on the back. My mother had similar virus 6 months ago.
It isn't that painful at the moment.
