Question: my daughter woke up this morning with a red burning itching rash that is spreading on her body including her earlobes she says that it hurts and itches she is 20 years old

She might have developed allergic contact dermatitis.
I treat such cases with topical steroid cream like mometasone and oral antihistamine tablets.
Cream to be applied twice a day.
This combination gives good results.
You can try this.
