Question: I have a red rash that showed up about a week ago above one hip and above my belt line & below my stomach .It itches like crazy and is hot like sunburn.
It does not respond to benydryll cream, neosporin or hydrocortisone

This rash seems to be related to a fungal infection. I will suggest that you try an ant fungal cream like clotrimazole, miconazole, etc. Apply twice daily for 10days and report progress to me. if you cannot get these medications over the counter, please request a prescription from your doctor.
