Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is urticaria an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a short course of oral steroid such as tablet prednisolone 30 mg daily for 3 days and topical steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
You can take an antihistamine tablet like fexofenadine for 15 days.
This should help you.
These medications can only treat the symptoms.
There must be a food product, any cloth you are wearing or any products you use to which you are allergic.
Try to find out the cause.
Avoiding the causative factors is the only treatment.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Hello
I never had such type of allergy in last 38 years. Then suddenly one fine morning six months back, I started developing these rashes in the morning and evening with heavy itching. I m into medication since last six months but no relief. Is there not any permanent solution to it. I don't have any allergic history.
