Brief Answer:
Topical corticosteroid, antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the hairfall.
From the history and pictures, it seems you have got a severe form of dandruff and dermatitis called seborrheic dermatitis.
It is a chronic inflammation affecting oil producing areas of body like scalp and when secondary fungal infection sets in, a dermatitis and scaling is formed which eventually leads to hair fall.
I would suggest you oral antifungal like Itraconazole 200mg once daily for 10 days.
Apply a corticosteroid and antifungal combination lotion like Candid- B lotion twice a day over scalp.
Use a ketoconazole and salicylic acid combination shampoo alternate day for scalp wash.
Avoid excessive use of hair oil.
For brittle hair, take multivitamin tablet rich in biotin ( Follihair new) for 3 months.
I am sure you will be fine with the treatment highlighted.

Let me know if you have any queries.

Thanks

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Oiling of scalp is essential but as in your case you are having severe scaling and flaking it is advisable to avoid excessive oil application. Excess oil promotes fungal growth and thus can accentuate your condition.
Oiling your scalp once or twice a week is good enough for nourishment.
Dont experiment much with oils, just go with standard coconut oil.
Thanks
