Brief Answer:
You can take NSAIDs

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I see you already are on ibuprofen and paracetamol. Yes, this will bring fever and pain down for atleast 3-4 hours.

In my patients however, I prescribe hifenac P twice a day to control fever as I investigate the cause of fever. I would suggest you to consult a surgeon who can investigate for causes as well as prescribe necessary medicine. Until then you can continue calpol 500mg three-four times a day.

In addition to that, you should take stool softner such as Syp Duphalac, 5 ml, two times a day and to apply xylocaine gel over the anal region. This will help to soften the stool and reduce the local pain. You can also try warm sitz bath to reduce pain and inflammation.

Regards
