Brief Answer:
not really
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Kidney stones are usually treated by pushing fluids and pain medications. You can get some ibuprofen and take that and push the fluids. If it is not passing you may need prescription pain medication or other procedures to see where the stone is. If you develop a fever you need to be seen right away because that may be a sign that an infection has developed.
Push fluids, avoid caffeine and alcohol and see a doctor if the pain is not resolving soon.
