Brief Answer:
possible neurologic or vascular disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Such symptoms are mostly related to neurologic disorders such as compressive neuropathies or methabolic neuropathies in diabetes for example. Also, lack of b vitamin may contribute as well.
If neurologist ruled out these, then you need to do doppler ultrasound of whole leg and popliteal fossa. it may reveal possible venous thrombosis or Baer Cyst or other vessel disorders. Wish you good health. Regards
