Suggest Treatment For Knot On The Elbow

Question: I noticed a lump or knot on the side of my elbow. The next day it was like a big bruise with white circle inside.
I noticed today I had a smaller one on my left arm . Do you think I just bruised them? I am 63 and good health.
I have pictures if needed.

I saw the pic. It looks like a infective lesion. It is not related to trauma.
In my opinion, you should take Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet.
If there is no response, please consult your doctor, get examined clinically.
