Question : I have skin discoloration and multiple small cuts on penis. it is shiny and sticky.

several std panel and blood test but came back negative. First test in July latest last week. skin is irritated and burning sensation on the skin.

I have a 12/2 meeting with doc but wanted to see how to move forward

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images.
You seem to have a mild dermatitis and the discoloration is a result of this dermatitis. If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days
