Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Facial Hair
Question: sir I am 25 years old but don't have fully grown facial hair what should I do?
Brief Answer:
First and foremost hormonal imbalance should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the lack of facial hairs.
I would advise you first consult a physician or endocrinologist to have further investigation of your lack of facial hair.
A total lack of or reduced body hair can be associated with an imbalance of your hormonal system.
If the hormonal system turns out to be normal, then facial hair transplant and use of Minoxidil drops are the two most effective treatments for facial hair growth for that you will have to take the treatment under the supervision of a dermatologist.
Hope to have answered your query.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
There are some natural methods to normalize the hormonal imbalance.

Hi & Welcome back,
Thanks for your kind reply.
Foods containing Omega-3 fatty acids (walnuts, fish oil, olive oil) and Maca roots are found to be effective in correction of hormonal imbalance. Besides a regular exercise like swimming 30 minutes/day is also found be beneficial.
Hormones are chemical messengers produced by special glands known as endocrine glands, they are released into your bloodstream to have effects on tissues or organs.
They are mainly required for growth and development, sexual function, reproduction, metabolism, etc.
