Question: pain in left breast, feels like electrical shock, wraps under arm to middle of back. followed by severe pain

Left sided chest pain and discomfort should be first evaluated for heart diseases especially in old age (age more than 65 years).
So first get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
