Brief Answer:
need further details

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following symptomwise approach is necessary:

1. Do visit a local qualified doctor around your town for general examination to see whether problem is local or systemic.

2. Since you are concerned with weight gain which is cause and effect of secondary disease thus check with your lipid profile, thyroid & Hemoglobin level, and blood sugar results since these are routine tests to diagnose any hidden disease.

PS. do let me know about your weight so that preventive measure can be advised, since weight gain alone can cause lethargy, shortness of breath, decreased libido, sour eructations.

3. What is your lifestlye: i.e..intake of excess tea/coffee, smoking/alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, spicy food?
PS. you may consult a gastroenterologist
( if necessary) to exclude any APD (Acid Peptic Disorder)

4. Till you get back with your tests, do incorporate following schedule:
. Regular exercise plus walking in fresh air.
. Regular exercising hours.
. Regularize sleep for 7-8 hours.
. Good food ( high starch/carbohydrates with low fat diet)
. Take frequent smaller meals rather than one or two larger meals.
