Lichen amyloidosis happens due to collection of proteinaceous material under skin.
It can be treated with the use of exfoliating agents like urea and lactic acid.
Various creams like xerina , cotaryl etc are available.
You can use any of these.
Just take care not to constantly itch your skin.
Itching enhances amyloid deposit.

Should I reduce my Protein Consumption, as this happens due to collection of proteinaceous material? Will this help to reduce. Also is Efficort Lipophilic cream a good lotion to be applied.

You don't need to reduce protein intake.
It is abnormal protein synthesized in body.
Plain efficort might not be helpful.
