Brief Answer:
Need General Medical Examination- HOWEVER, Vasovagal is POSSIBLE

Detailed Answer:
Good afternoon. I am sorry you feel as you do and understand the fact you've had lunch, however, no matter, the symptoms you have of lightheadedness with nausea could be anything from a GI viral illness to what we might refer to as a vasovagal reaction. This can be due to medication that is new to you especially if it is being used to control high blood pressure, thyroid function, or heart rate/rhythm. It also commonly points to a state of dehydration. You say you at lunch....but did you also eat breakfast and are you likely to eat dinner? And even if you've eaten your 3 good square meals a day HAVE YOU DRINK YOUR 64-80 oz. of fluids (water preferably) daily? Dehydration in its most benign form is something we don't pay too much attention too since it is usually the consequence of a lifestyle habit.

Most people learn how to be GOOD WATER DRINKERS from a young age. The problem is that if you DON'T have that as a habit then, as you get older your system will likely develop more and more difficulty compensating for dehydrated states as it did when you were a kid...meaning 20-25 years old. The system has less leeway to go without food and drink and therefore, low pressures come on more easily upon standing, walking, or doing exercise.

If you are otherwise, in good physical shape and do not possess any chronic medical conditions then, my guess is that the most likely thing you've got going to explain your symptoms is a little dehydration as well as a little lack of nutrition. Fix those 2 things and you will be surprised how good you can feel inside 24 hrs.

BTW, stop smoking and reduce alcohol intake which can contribute big time to drops in blood pressure, reduction in blood oxygenation, and overall feelings of lackadaisicalness which can all lead down the same road to Rome.....

If I've satisfactorily addressed your question then, could you do me the kindest of favors by CLOSING THIS QUERY and be sure to include some fine words of feedback and a 5 STAR rating to our transaction if you feel the response has helped you? Again, many thanks for posing your question.
