I have small muscle blocks on the back side of my body ( on the skin ).. I dont know how to discribe.. its small block, MASS block. its not painfull. however want to know what it is..

There is no color change, its not skin rash.. !
its a small bulg skin mass ( like you can feel a small bulg on the top later, there is no pain however. have 2 are 3 on the back hip side and 1-2 on Arms )
