Brief Answer:
It could be due to presence of other infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for your beloved child.

Basically used for deworming, the most common side effects of Zentel yest (Albendazole) include abdominal pain, vomiting, headache, dizziness, etc. It is very rare to cause watery stools.

You child might have contacted some other infections as well.

If your child is having loose motions persistently, he is prone for dehydration.
So in case of persistent loose motions, take him to his treating doctor immediately. He may need a course of appropriate antibiotic to reduce the frequency of loose motions and treatment for dehydration.

If the loose motions have stopped, there is no need to worry. You can give him enough fluids (ORS electrolytes), juice, etc to keep him well hydrated.

Hope to have answered your query.
