Thanks for your query.

All the symptoms point towards a viral illness, like influenza. Should subside within a couple of days more.

Till then she can take paracetamol to reduce the fever and aches. Advil (ibuprofen) is better avoided as it can have various side effects like reducing platelets, stomach irritation, etc.

If it doesn't subside in a couple of days, a doctor consult with blood investigations will be required.

influenza is only one of hundreds of viruses which can cause this type of illnesses. There are many against which vaccination is not available.

But treatment is mostly symptomatic as they subside on their own.
