Suggest Treatment For Low BP, High Pulse Rate And Weakness
![default](/r/images/default.png)
An immediate medical evaluation is necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I reviewed carefully your mom medical history and my advice is to immediately send your mom to the nearest ER service, as her recent low blood pressure values needs to be seriously evaluated and investigated in regards of the underling etiological factors.
Seems that her esophageal mass impedes from eating properly, limiting her diet, and leading so to the increased risk of dehydration. This may be a reason for those abnormally low blood pressure values.
So, a prompt body fluids status (hydration conditions) should be checked, and if evidence of dehydration is confirmed an appropriate fluid challenge should be applied.
Another reason for her symptomatic hypotension, such as possible compressive effect of mediastinal mass over large blood vessels and the heart should carefully be sought.
A comprehensive physical exam to rule in/out signs of mediastinal compression (upper body venous congestion, such as “en pelerine” edema, and a cardiac ultrasound would be helpful to clarify this issue).
At the end, I would conclude that your mom needs immediate medical attention, to promptly differentiate and treat concomitantly hypotension and the underlying etiological factors.
Hope to have been helpful!
I remain at your disposal in case of further uncertainties!
Wishing a fast recovery and good health to your mother! Greetings! Dr. Iliri

She got swollen feet I saw her after work, there is someone to take care of her during the day, I will take her to the clinic this afternoon. her heart readings are always high. Can I give her Disprin Cardiocare for now?
You need to consult immediately with her attending doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
As your mother has swollen feet, coupled with low blood pressure and tachycardia, there is a strong suspicion of heart failure.
Whether this clinical symptomatology is caused by impaired left ventricular function, or derives from impaired right ventricular function (insufficient RV filling form possible mediastinal mass compression), it will be clarified by performing a cardiac ultrasound and other imagine modalities.
Giving Disprin Cardiocare will not resolve her actual complains (it doesn't affect hemodynamic parameters.
You need to consult immediately with her attending doctor.
Meanwhile, I strongly recommend consulting visiting your mom to the nearest ER service.
Best regards,
Dr.Iliri

My mom don't want to go to hospital again she said to the lady who cares for her we rather bring police officers to take her to hospital because we want to kill her, I think its old age. It is hard on my side I can't concentrate at my work I'm rushing home now.
A careful medical evaluation would be necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
I am sorry to hear that. Nevertheless, you should try again to convince her.
She really needs a careful medical evaluation and appropriate therapy.
Regards,
Dr. Iliri
