Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I would like to tell you that it's not just the LV ejection fraction that determines the life expectancy lot of other things contribute in that like

1. Other medical issues associated
2. Age of the patient
3. Lifestyle habits
4. Regularity with medicine intake.

Patients with an ejection fraction of 20-25% can also have good life expectancy provided they strictly follow the medical advice and medicines prescribed by the treating doctor.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind regards

Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
In case of heart transplant two things should always be kept in mind

1. Cost and affordability factor
2. Need to be on life long immuno suppresive therapy which can cause frequent infection if proper care if not taken.

Pace maker can be a good option in your case particularly CRT-D.
