I don't know where your son's abdominal pain is, but given the duration of the fever and stomach pain, I am concerned about the possibility of appendicitis. I have seen sometimes in children, where a low grade infection/inflammation of the appendix produces pain and low grade fevers that can go on for an extended period. It can also cause nausea. The Epstein Barr virus, which causes Mono, can also cause fevers that perisist.

I strongly recommend that you take your son in to his physician who can have a look at him. The doctor will do a general exam, including feeling his lymph nodes, and may be able to get a better idea of what is going on by feeling his abdomen. In addition, lab tests such as a CBC, mono test, and possibly liver enzymes, can help sort this out.
