Brief Answer:
Fibromyalgia can be controlled well through SSR's and NSAID's

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

Yes certainly Bystolic is responsible for causing low heart rates.

Your Doctor has taken the right step in asking you to stop Bystolic.

This will certainly improve your heart rate.

Regarding Constipation,a single pessary of rectal Dulcolax Will cause near complete evacuation of the bowel.

Symptoms of Fibromyalgia in your case can be controlled pretty well through drugs like NSAIDs like ibuprofen and SSRI's like Escitalopram when taken for short course of time like 3 months under antacid protection.

The weakness can be improved through intake of antoxid multivitamin Syrups like Beplex Forte.

The hot flushes too subside with above medication.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
