Brief Answer:
About low heart rate;

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for asking on HCM!
I have gone carefully through your concern!
Your heart rate is normal for your age. The lower the better.
If you have not have such heart rate before, so if it changed lately, i would recommend to do an ECG and check the thyroid function. An underactive thyroid is usually the cause of a low heart rate.
Hope the information will help,
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
