Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxx

After going through the medical reports attached by you i understand your concern for your health and i would like to tell you that first of all there is nothing to worry just need to improve few things.

As your cholesterol levels are slightly raised they can be very well controlled with the help of lifestyle modifications which include

1. Daily brisk morning walk for 45 a day for 5 days a week mixed with 10 mins of aerobic exercises.

2. Big NO NO to junk food and canned food items and oily and fried food stuff.

3. Include good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.

4. Drink atleast 2 to 3 ltrs of normal water (not refrigerated) daily.

5. NO SMOKING at all.

Follow this routine strictly for a period of 3 months and repeat a lipid profile after that. There wont be any need of medicines.

For low Vit B12 levels you can take food stuff that is rich in this like: Milk, Cheese, Yogurt, Eggs, Fish, Beef, Fortified Cereals.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
