Dear Ms
Pain in abdomen starting in umbilical region and shifting to right lower abdomen(Right iliac fossa), possibility of Acute Appendicitis needs to be considered. Other accompanying symptoms like Fever, nausea , loss of appetite may or may not be present.
Clinical examination by Physician is surest way to rule out Appendicitis. I would suggest you to consult ER or your Primary care Physician for further clinical assessment.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
